Forgetful things that occur

It felt strange seeing the moor again. My brother and I loved the huge wildlife options, and the moving wind tickling my cheeks. The 2 plant characteristics of wild landscapes' raw beauty are gorse and heather. These wildflowers could be seen creating may or may not appearance, during the winters. While I was on the moor, my body received positivity from the peaceful, calm uncultivated lands in the village around me. We sat in our ancient car, on the way to reach the neighbouring village, where our friend's party was hosted.
While we were travelling, on reaching the main road my elder brother came across the road diversion sign board which was closed for its essential repair. We had already received a letter about this before. We had to lean towards the narrow road in the evening skylight. He also remembered that things such as a torch, map and fuel can be left on the table itself. The previous route included a petrol station nearby. We were searching for a fuel station on the minor road so that we could charge the car and reach on time. As soon as the snow rain started, we all shivered inside the car, as we moved from the unknown roads slowly. With a noise, the car was repeatedly dead. We had no fuel, and no signal to contact anyone. Soon our neighbour came to help us. She gave us 3 welcome woollen blankets to protect ourselves from the cold as well as a sturdy rope to attach to the car and later we arrived at the party.
I have learned so far that we need to recheck before travelling whether we have carried the essentials and the stuff packed is with us or not. We should also check previously if the main road is open or closed. We should be familiar with all the roads near, we may never know when the road may be jammed or closed.
