How are you? It's been a long time since we spoke. Today, I will be telling you something that you won't believe "We sold our car!!!". Yes, it's time. But let me tell you that I have been used to the care since my birth and hence I am not ready to live without it. I miss my car a lot!
My family took this decision as the rates of petrol have reached the sky and hence maintaining the car was expensive. Plus, my parent's eyesight has been affected badly, which could lead to accidents. So they preferred to sell the car for huge sums of money.
In the future, we will be left with no other choice than to travel using public transport such as cabs, metro, buses, trains, flights and autorickshaws. If there are any events that we need to join, we could hop into our friend's or relative's car as carpooling is the best way to reduce air and noise pollution.
The problem that we would face while using public transport is to wait in long queues to purchase a ticket to travel, even though the ticket is cheaper. When we had our car, we had the flexibility to start and finish the ride whenever we wanted, but now we would have to plan according to the transport's schedule.
