Meesha, a daughter of Daata. They lived in a Mysore palace, where they used to teach the poor kids. Daata was a businessman. Meesha had made a friend named Fatima, who was one of the kids studying in the palace.

After many years, Meesha fights with her dad and she moves to Delhi, where she plans to live by herself. On the same day, Daata meets a man named Kapil. Kapil tells Daata, that his child Meesha is dead. So Daata calls his daughter back home to clarify if she has died or not.

The next morning, a girl enters the house to view her dad, but she meets Kapil unexpectedly. He tries to wash her brain, by convincing her that Daata is out of town and so Kapil is looking after her. The same night she goes to take a tour of the palace alone. Every room she enters she feels that her dad is coming closer to her. When she enters the wharf, she sees a man who somehow looks like her father.

The following day Daata and Kapil find out that she is alive. As soon as she starts eating her breakfast, Kapil tells Daata that she is pregnant with his child. When her dad hears it he blanks out. She tries to hide behind the curtains, to know what exactly is happening. Kapil and his friends appear in the hall. They all discuss burning this palace into ashes and then selling the land for crores of money.

She rushes and calls her friend to tell her everything. In a minute Meesha returns home and hears their discussion too. Kapil receives a shock when he meets two Meesha's in front of his eyes. He gets confused for a moment when he finds out that Meesha had an accident and all this time the girl was Fatima and not Meesha. This all leaves him with a question in his mind.

He persuades them that there are some places where repairing is needed so they will have to shift somewhere else. But they disagree on moving. He enters the room where Meesha stays, with his weapon to kill her, but ends up having a discussion with Fatima about the repair work. Fatima knows all his plans, why he wants them to move and all...She unexpectedly meets Kapil's wife, which turns out to be Fatima's and Meesha's mother. Meeting her mother makes things even more worser.

Farima and Meesha understand they have been planning to have all this expensive estate with them so they call the police and request them to arrest both of them. Both of them renovated the palace.
