Hello everyone, thank you for being a part of my speech about the importance of having a student council. My name is Yashvi Gavankar, and I'm a 9th-grade student at Kapol School.
Do you want to make a difference in our school? You can do so by joining the student council. It's a platform where your voice is heard, and your ideas are valued. The class monitor will compile your suggestions, and they will be presented to the headmaster.
Joining the student council will help you develop decision-making skills that will be useful in your future. It will also create a sense of responsibility within you, which will reduce instances of bullying and improve behavior, attendance and academic results.
The student council is open to any student who wishes to apply. I urge you all to participate and make a positive impact on our school. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask me now. Let's take this proposal to the Headmaster's office for consideration if we all agree. Thank you for your time.
