Interviewer: What challenges did you face during your journey through the mountains?
Richard: The road was incredibly treacherous with sharp turns, making it difficult to navigate. The narrow road combined with continuous snowfall made it even more challenging, as it covered the headlights and reduced visibility. To ensure safety, I had to drive slowly and cautiously.
Interviewer: Could you describe the circumstances leading to the car crash?
Richard: As I was driving towards my friend Geoffrey's house, I made a terrible mistake by not paying enough attention to the road. Unfortunately, there was a landslide, causing my car to skid off the road and plunge over the edge. To make matters worse, a tree trunk fell and not only damaged my car but also broke my hand.
Interviewer: How did you assist your friend during that difficult time?
Richard: My friend was in a critical condition, suffering from extreme cold and hunger. To help him, I provided him with warm woolly clothes like jackets, sweaters, and gloves. I also gave him my new pair of socks and a thick, furry blanket to keep him warm. To heat his house, I gathered wood pieces for a campfire. To ensure he had enough sustenance, I cooked hot porridge and provided him with water. I advised him to consume hot food items and even bought some 'Ready-to-eat' products, explaining how to use them. Seeing his happiness and newfound confidence was truly rewarding.
