New System changes are the worst or best?

The idea of family (vertical) grouping means different age groups studying and sharing the same classroom. Bringing all age groups together may be a challenge for the teachers. They need to teach the same subject topic to everyone. The young students may grab a lot of the teacher's attention, but still, there may be chances that older students have the same doubts.
I have heard about Emilia's experience at a normal school, where she stated that the thing she had in common with her classmates was only her age and she had faced a lot of bullying. After she joined a school that had a different system than a normal school, she wasn't bullied, she received friends who were similar to her, who had also been bullied for reasons.
Bringing a new system to the school can be the best. There will be less chances of being bullied. The students can make friends with others, who may not be the same age nit may have the same choices or opinions as they do. During exams, the teachers make a lot of effort to teach the students in their way of disseminating better knowledge. They take extra lectures for these students, who lack understanding information and clearing concepts related doubts. Allowing adults to redecide their careers and lives by learning again, may let the students be motivated because of these adult role models.
The child may have to learn the same piece of knowledge every year which can be an issue. These children will not be able to proceed ahead because of the family grouping. This system will not bring interest in the children to follow their dreams, just because the school doesn't have their required course or subjects.
I so far understand that adding a new change in our school will have some problems developed by the parents, and children. It can also stop future crimes if you have already prepared and learned to adjust your life accordingly. You may not need to be a person, who shows off your life skills, to make friends. Anyone could make a good friend, no matter what their age is. Our school may also give opportunities to adults, who currently live in the village and haven't studied previously as they didn't have enough money to access the school, to learn. When students learn to live like a family, means less bullying.
