The recent debate is about whether people should opt for junk food or not. In this article, we will discuss the impacts of junk food on our lives.
When people attend parties or events, the menu often includes delicious junk food. Some people are so fond of junk food that they prefer to substitute their regular meals with it. The primary reason behind this attraction towards junk food is its taste, and it is also convenient to cook.
However, fast food comes with several health hazards, such as diabetes, cholesterol, and stomach aches. These risks arise due to the addition of preservatives, acids, and Ajinomoto to junk food, which helps preserve it for a longer time.
In conclusion, it is a good practice to consume healthy food regularly and limit the intake of junk food.
