Movie Review: Saand Ki Aankh (Hindi Movie)

Director: Tushar Hiranandani

Producer: Anurag Kashyap

Cast: Taapsee Pannu, Bhumi Pednekar and Prakash Jha

Music: Vishal Mishra

Tushar Hiranandani gives the audience a glimpse of a household where a woman's identity depends on the colour of her dupatta. This biographical film depicts a certain part of the life of India's oldest sharpshooters Prakashi Tomar and Chandro Tomar and gives us an inspiring message.

Chandro (Bhumi Pednekar) and Prakashi (Taapsee Pannu) are two 60-year-old senior citizens who live in a village in Uttar Pradesh. They discover that they are good at shooting. They participate in competitions and win medals. Their families are not aware of what is happening to these women. There is a turning point where they stop hide-and-seek and face the men.

Tushar Hiranandani told the film that girls can also do everything. It's not something that only boys can do. This movie is enough to pick up my mood. The music is also good. This is the best story this movie has to offer. The artists have worked very hard, Taapsee and Bhoomi have coloured the hair so that it looks perfect. You can watch this movie with the words of your parents or your friends. I have given the film 4.9 out of 5.
