Useful Vocabulary  

- Sunny → le soleil brille (the sun is shining)  

- Cloudy → des nuages (clouds)  

- Snowy → la neige (snow)  

- Windy → du vent (wind)  

- Rain → il pleut (it rains)  

- Thunderstorm → l’orage (storm)  

Expressions courantes  

- Il fait beau → The weather is good  

- Il fait mauvais → The weather is bad  

Exemples de phrases  

- Dans l’ouest pendant l’automne, le temps est froid.  

(In the west, during autumn, the temperature is cold.) 

- S’il fait mauvais, je resterai à la maison.  

(If the weather is bad, I’ll stay home.)  

- S’il neige, je sortirai avec mes copines.  

(If it snows, I’ll go out with my girlfriends.)
