One Point Perspective

A drawing uses one-point perspective when it has a single vanishing point along the horizon line. This technique is often used for scenes like roads, railways, hallways, or buildings viewed straight on. Objects with lines that run either parallel or perpendicular to the viewer’s line of sight, like railroad tracks, can be shown using one-point perspective, where those parallel lines all meet at the vanishing point.
