'Lost'
In earlier times, there were no new technologies. This story took place in Sonmarg, Kashmir. It was a tour package, where all were solo headed to visit the famous 'Ambarnath' temple situated on the top of the mountain in a cave.
As per their tour itinerary, the things planned were all going so well that they were all excited to take blessings from God. The season was a mix of summer and cold winds. Soon on their third day of itinerary, they entered the base camp.
The temple was approximately 600 kilometres away from the base camp. In the early morning, when everyone was getting dressed, Rohit planned to step out of the camp for some fresh air and book himself a pony, to hop onto. Everyone started their journey to the temple. No one was sweating, but a few people were tired of walking while others were bored sitting on the pony.
A point came, where people weren't able to breathe in oxygen. So all stopped at a place, where they all sat closer to the campfire and enjoyed the hot, delicious Maggi and a Kahava drink that soothed their mood levels. Nishant was so full of power that he rode the pony towards another route, leading to the same destination but through the dark woods.
After everyone's breakfast was completed, they were supposed to start their journey. But unfortunately, one of the people from the tour was missing. As there were no phones in that era, they had to be scattered and search for Nishant. Otherwise, they couldn't proceed with the journey without him as he had the tickets to the temple.
A voice from the team called "Nishant, are you there? Can you hear me? Nishant"
There was no reply to it. Later Rohit sat his foot onto the forest looking helter-skelter, just to get a glimpse of Nishant. The team was worried as there was no chance of connecting to him. Slowly, they remembered that Nishant had previously come here by himself and would be able to find him near the temple.
Even after reaching the temple, there was no clue left. After all, everyone felt disappointed that they couldn't visit the temple. It was a matter of sorry state, that they all agreed to give Nishant the tickets. It was a shame, that they lost both the tickets as well as Nishant. They travelled for almost 600 kilometres just for nothing.
