Summary of why bookshops had to change to attract customers.

Bookshops from being old-world, confusing layouts, and musty smell have to be luminous and spacious. For the new buying habits, there should be a change in architecture and interior design. Shops need to hire cutting-edge architects to design shops with an alluring, contemporary feel to attract customers throughout the day. Previously, the layouts were inefficient. Now, the interior is clean-lined, minimalist and easy to navigate via an in-store mobile search tool. The workers need to give hospitality and a service. A funky ramp to provide access to the shelves and beanbags to recline on. Bookshelves with LED to make the shop luminous.
