Dear Madam,
I am Mrs. Yashvi Gavankar, a parent of Hrutvi presently studying in Standard V A. My daughter has informed me that she is not happy with the new teacher's performance. Madam Smith is inexperienced in the academic field and does not have the psychological knowledge to handle little children studying in junior classes. Hence, she should have not been appointed as a teacher for these little kids.
My daughter also recently brought to my notice that Madam Smith was pulled up by you on several occasions. Somehow she is not well versed in her teaching Methodology and often gives wrong information and incorrect formulae during her class. She is oblivious to the current happenings around the world. She is lacking in her general knowledge and hence she cannot update the students. This will surely have a poor impact on the tender minds. She is unable to do justice to the syllabus/curriculum. The questions posed by her in the class are so simple that they are meant for Grade 1 or Grade 2. If this continues she will not be able to cover up the syllabus of Grade 5.
The teacher does not have confidence, she falters is uncertain and depends upon kids for information. The children are pulled up by you due to no fault of their own. but because of this incapable teacher. Madam Smith is dim-toned and so the pupils aren't able to hear what she says.
If Madam Smith is made to continue as a teacher of Grade 5, then the syllabus will not be covered in the stipulated time the students will be lacking in the knowledge and apparently, their grades will drop and they will not be well-equipped for a great job in the future. The kid's dreams of being an engineer, doctor, architect, chartered accountant, or professor would be shattered.
It's my humble request that Madam Smith should not be terminated from her job, but should be engaged to teach Grade 1 or Grade 2 after she undergoes a teacher's training course, which will help her be more effective. It would be nice if another teacher is employed for teaching Grade 5 or I will be left with no option but to get my daughter admitted to another institution.
Thanks and Regards,
Yashvi Gavankar
