'I looked back, and saw that the building was now just a heap of rubble'. Write a story with this as the last sentence.

From Dreams to Rubble: A Family’s Quest for Home

My family of 15 needed a bigger house to accommodate us all, so we decided to move to a newly constructed house with approximately 5-6 rooms and a beautiful nature view. We visited a real estate agency to help us find the perfect home. The agent gave us a list of available houses, and we chose the ones that were closer to Park City. We discussed which one to visit first and found that all of them were located near the same area we wanted to move to.

Our first stop was a simple bungalow with only 4 rooms and 1 guest room. However, it wasn't big enough for our family, and the colour of the walls made it look old and uninviting. So, we eliminated that option and moved on to the next set of bungalows. We visited three other bungalows with 3 rooms each. One was for guests, and the other two were too luxurious and expensive for us. We spent hours searching for the perfect house until we finally stumbled upon a building that had everything we needed. The house was neither too cheap nor too luxurious, and it had a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor activities for kids, and extra rooms for future use.

After we had confirmed our decision to the agent, we were given the keys to the building. We were excited to start our new life in our new home. We enjoyed a meal under the shade of a tree and later moved into our new home. However, our happiness was short-lived when the next day, while we were out for ice cream and talking with my cousin's sister, we looked back at our new home only to find that it had collapsed into a heap of rubble. We were devastated, and it was a difficult time for our family. We had to start our search for a new home all over again.
