As I walked into the interview room, I felt a mix of excitement and nervousness. The air inside was filled with a sense of hope as everyone around me was eager to pass the interview. A young woman with wavy-curled hair was practicing her speech and googling potential interview questions. She seemed well-prepared for the job, with her notes and resume neatly organized in a folder.
The room was mostly empty, with only a few people sitting on a black leather sofa and some others visiting the snack area. As I approached the mini-refrigerator, I noticed it was stocked with cold drinks, fruit juices, and milk. Above the refrigerator was a coffee machine that made a lot of noise but produced delicious coffee. I couldn't resist the temptation, so I poured myself a cup and took a sip. It was just what I needed to calm my nerves.
Next to the coffee machine was a plate full of different sandwich fillings, macarons, and croissants. The croissants were filled with either raspberry and strawberry or chocolate, and the macarons were colorful and looked too good to eat. I picked up a croissant and bit into it. It was soft, buttery, and had just the right amount of sweetness.
As I sat back down on the sofa, an assistant came in and notified us that one of us would soon be called for the interview. I returned to the waiting room, hoping that I would be the next one. After a few minutes, my name was called, and I was asked to follow one of the interviewers into the interview room.
The room was spacious and well-lit. The interviewers were all dressed formally, and one of them was the Gucci ambassador. The flashlights and cameras were pointed at me, which made me a bit nervous. However, I took a deep breath and answered their questions as best as I could. The CEO seemed bored and tired, while the VP sat in a luxurious chair. The old president was relaxed, but the new one was strict. The CEO's assistant looked like an alien with no eyebrows, ears, or lips.
The interview felt like a court hearing, with the CEO acting as the judge and the others supporting me. The VP disagreed with some of my answers, but I tried my best to defend them. After the interview, they told me they would reveal the results later that day. While waiting, I noticed a transparent cupboard with gold medals and huge trophies. It was clear that this was a prestigious company, and I felt both nervous and excited about the opportunity to work there.
Finally, they came back and appreciated my speech and knowledge of the position. I was offered the huge position of 'Head of Operations and Quality,' which made me very happy and proud. It was a great experience, and I knew that I had made the right decision by applying for the job.
