“Solitude and Secrets: My Solo Journey to Kedarnath”

I had planned to visit Kedarnath with my friends a few years ago, but due to Covid-19, it was rescheduled. I was looking forward to this year to make the trip. However, something unexpected happened and my friends dropped out. So, I decided to go alone.

After a few hours of travelling in a car, I reached the hotel. I was supposed to rest on the first day, as there could be a change in the weather. The next morning, I got ready to explore the place and went to the Kedarnath temple which was located on a river. As I entered the temple, I saw everyone in shock, and they rushed out of the place.

I quickly asked them why they were running, and they told me that a tsunami was coming. I ran back to my hotel, and my second day was also spoiled. In the evening, I went to a nearby village to buy some delicious seasonal fruits from the locals. When I returned to the hotel, I found out that all the management crew had left, which left me alone in the hotel. The news channels advised me to stay indoors.

That's when a small girl came to me and asked if she could stay with me for a while. I agreed, and we played board games together. I had to teach her because she was new to them. Later, we watched a funny animated web series and danced the night away while eating the fruits I had bought.

This became our routine for the upcoming days until we faced a huge problem. The water had entered the hotel, and there was no way to leave the room. We were scared and rushed to the top floor of the hotel, where we found a locked room. However, the girl had an idea to open the door with her hair clip. We discovered that the room was full of hidden secrets, and we dared to explore it further.
